School leadership is significant in the overall school performance. To this effect, the knowledge, skills and competences of the school principal is very crucial. Based on this, this study investigated the relationship between 3 dimensions of principals leadership and teachers performance in Delta State of Nigeria, in a sample of 400 teachers. The survey data collected were analyzed with Pearson product moment correlation and the result showed that, the Human, Structural and Educational dimensions of principal leadership have significant impact on teachers performance. It was however suggested that: principals should establish the structures and procedures to facilitate effective work performance, facilitate social interactions and show strong professional commitment to education and staff.
