Abstract

In the article, in the conditions of irrigated light sierozem soils of the Kashkadarya region, the application of organic fertilizers every three years at 20 t/ha, re-sowing (mugbeans) after winter wheat, sowing alfalfa with winter wheat, in the introduction of alfalfa mass as siderate, yield, quality of winter wheat and the impact on economic efficiency has been studied. As a result of planting alfalfa (2 years) of winter wheat and introducing the mass of alfalfa during autumn plowing as green manure for the second year, the yield, grain quality, and economic efficiency of winter wheat were higher than all other agricultural measures. The studies were conducted on the experimental field of the Kashkadarya branch of the Research Institute of Grain and Leguminous Crops, the soil is located at an altitude of 340 meters above sea level, 33.313150 north latitude, 65.531810 east longitude. The soil cover is light sierozem soil without salinization and poorly supplied with humus and nutrients. The groundwater level is 4.5-5 meters, the climate is sharply continental, the air temperature in October is + 15.1°C, relative humidity is 41.5%, wind speed is 2 m/s, the average temperature in November and January is + 6.9°C, relative humidity 72.7%, wind speed 3 m/s, average temperature + 11.8°C in February and April, relative humidity 62.7%, wind speed 3 m/s, air temperature + 23.9°C in May, relative humidity 45.4%, wind speed 4 m/s (data from Karshi meteorological station).
